Terms and conditions SoB Media GmbH / Sons of Battery
Competition
The competition is organized by SoB Media GmbH. Any natural person residing
in Germany who is over 18 years of age is eligible to participate. The closing date for entries
is January 7, 2023, at 11:59 PM. Late entries cannot be considered.

Participation in the competition is only permitted through the personal entry of the participant.
Participation via automated processes (e.g., via competition clubs or competition service providers) is
not permitted. In these cases, and in the event of violations of the terms and conditions or
manipulation, we reserve the right to exclude the participants concerned.
Multiple comments from the same Facebook user and/or the same person will be counted as one entry in the
competition. A jury will evaluate the comments received for authenticity and creativity and then select
the winners of the competition at its own discretion. All "Facebook names" of the participants will be recorded
and stored for the purpose of determining the winners. Address data will only be collected from the winners later
and will only be used for shipping the prize. Participants have statutory rights to information and revocation.
Prize description
The prize is 1x Garmin Instinct.
The winners will be notified directly by PM after the competition!

Only one prize per participant is possible, which cannot be paid out in cash as an alternative.
Prize claims are not transferable to other persons. SoB Media GmbH is released from all obligations upon handing over the prize.
SoB Media GmbH is only liable for legal and material defects in cases of intent or gross
negligence.
Early termination of the competition
SoB Media GmbH reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice.
SoB Media GmbH will make use of this option in particular if, for technical reasons
(e.g., viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in the hardware and/or software) or for
legal reasons, a proper execution of the competition cannot be guaranteed. If
such termination was caused by the conduct of a participant, SoB Media GmbH may
demand compensation from this person for the damage incurred.
Applicable law; Severability clause; Exclusion of
legal recourse; Right to amend
These terms and conditions and the entire legal relationship between the participants and SoB Media GmbH
are exclusively subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. Should individual provisions of the
terms and conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
Incomplete or invalid provisions shall be supplemented or replaced in such a way that another appropriate
regulation is found which economically comes closest to the meaning and purpose of the invalid or
incomplete provision. Legal recourse is excluded.
No involvement of Facebook in the competition
The competition is not connected to Facebook and is in no way supported, accompanied
or controlled by Facebook. The recipient of the information provided is not Facebook, but SoB Media GmbH.
All questions, comments or complaints are therefore not to be addressed to Facebook, but to SoB Media
GmbH. No claims against Facebook arise from participation.
